Do you want the lowest possible cost and best rate for your mortgage loan?  Of course you do and for that reason this is what we offer all of our valued clients.

We will guarantee the Lowest Bottom-Line Cost on your residential mortgage, it is that simple.

At the time of your approval appointment we will go over your “Good Faith Estimate” of your anticipated closing cost.  This is a form that all lenders are required to go over with you by the federal government.  This will be the basis for our guarantee and cost comparison. 

If you can find a lender with a lower bottom line cost, bring us their signed and dated “Good Faith Estimate” and upon comparison and verification, we will beat the other lender’s bottom-line costs. 

If we can’t do that, we will pay you $100 for your time and cheerfully transfer your complete loan file to the lower priced local lender!  You are “guaranteed” the lowest cost, no matter what.  No games, no excuses.

This Guarantee will be validated by your Loan Executive upon completion of your Loan Approval Appointment.  Customer must provide complete system generated good faith estimate that is dated the same day as the rate quoted by us.  If we are not able to beat the other lender’s costs we will pay you $100 upon the closing of that lender, with a provided copy of the signed note and final HUD-1 statement.
